This case added the right amount of comfortable bulk, non-slip grip around the edges, perfect cutout accommodations for all the buttons and ports. At the top edge of the case, there is a built-in compartment for the Surface pen to be tucked away for ease of transport. With the added MagConnect technology, this case offers the versatility to work with any MagConnect mounting system. Although a secure, form-fitting case, there is plenty of flexibility around the screen edges to allow for an optional screen protector. There are also deboss grooves on the inside of the case which forms air circulating channels, a technology called SmartChill that looks stylish, but more importantly allows heat to dissipate easily.
