Initiate Your Request
Log into your Mastershop account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Securely
Place the electronic device in its original packaging including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are removed or covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
